Windows 2008 w/Exchange 2007 CCR

We've recently upgraded our ESX servers to support Windows 2008 and have since deployed 2 Windows 2008 Domain controllers. We haven't noticed any performance issue and wanted to proceed with deploying an Exchange 2007 Org configured with CCR using raw device mapping. Has anyone had any experience with this and are there any performance or stability issues?

Thanks.

In test I have deployed an Exchange 2007 cluster running on Server 2008 using both a 2 node CCR cluster which also replicates using SCR all on ESX. It appears to be running fine. We are not using Raw Devices but I don't think that should make a difference since you are not using shared storage on any of the nodes.
