Anyone experienced this before? can point to a correct KB (vmware / MS)?
When VMs are copied to a secondary location (via storage replication) my windows 2008 servers prompted me to reactivate my windows.
My understanding is that if the UUID is not changed, I should not experience this portion even if the actual hardware that the hypervisor layer is sitting on is different.
Or am I wrong? Do advice.
