Windows 2008 64 bit problems

I have read where others have had problems with performance on Windows 2008 64 bit guests, specifically with context switching and/or page sharing. Is there an answer for poor memory performance or a preferred method for configuring these guests? This particular guest is running IIS 7.0 and accesses many .NET scripts. The physical counterpart runs fine. My host is ESX 3.5 U3. I don't have any problems with other guests. Thanks.
