When we restart the VM by using option inside the VM,event is not getting captured under logs of the VM

In any of the Virtual Machine, there are some of the events like powered On Virtual machine reconfigure VM and Power OFF VM,

If i select restart option inside the Guest OS, there is no event Like Restarting the VM or it will not having Powered OFF and again Powered ON VM

Can anyone tell me where i can find the Events for restarting the VM

If I undestand correctly, you need to look at the event viewer inside your guest OS.

If you reboot or shut down a VM from inside the guest OS, vCenter will not show it under the Task & Events tab.

Restarting the VM from within the VM is only logged in the VM's own event logs. VMware basically does not care what you do in the VM itself while it is running. The reboot you mention is a "warm" reboot and does not power off/power on the VM.
