What's the right HD Controller Type for Windows Server 2008 R2 Clustering

We are building a SQL Server 2008 R2 cluster on Windows Server 2008 R2 and was wondering if there is a better SCSI controller type than another? LSI Logic SAS or LSI Logic Parallel?

You need LSI Logic SAS, which is only available if your guest is at virtual hardware v7
