If I want to fully manage a VM through vCenter Server, what level of permissions does vCenter require to the host OS (if any)? I have a VM which will be locked down by a vendor, where no accounts with any kind of change access will be made available. Will vCenter still be able to manage the VM, including enabling DRS, without requiring higher level permissions?
