W2k3 SP2 MSCS

Hi all!

Does anyone know if VMware supports SP2 for Windows Server 2003 with MSCS in VI3 (ESX 3.0.1 or 3.0.2)?

Regards

I know clustering is supported with SP1. We already running this. But what is with SP2?

VMware has needed over a half year to support clustering with SP1. Now we would like to upgrade to SP2 if it is supported in a MS cluster.

Hello,

Another doc here: http://pubs.vmware.com/guestnotes/wwhelp/wwhimpl/common/html/wwhelp.htm?context=guestnotes&file=gues...

Pay special attention to the lack of any mention of SP2 and clustering.

Hello,

ESX v3.0.2 does support W2K3 SP2, however I do not think clustering has been vetted yet.

Best regards,

Edward
