Vsphere HA - Problem with software license on VM after restart

I have this situatian:

a) 3 x physical host with ESXi

b) I want make 1 claster (3 host) and set HA.

c)  I have 1 virtual machine with software Proficy iFix (SCADA GE) on first host.

My question: If issue happends on first host and in next step virtual machine will be resterted on second host, will it be the same virtual machine like before on first host (ID, MAC address, Disc volume etc.) ?

I need to know this because I am not sure that my software license (Proficy iFix SCADA) will work correctly on virtual machine. Proficy iFix SCADA license works properly only on not changed system. If something of VM will be changed, license had to be activeted again.

Yes, it will since the virtual machine files will be the same, only where the virtual machine is actually running is different.
