Virtual machine automatically shutdown

Hi all Please explain.

I have installed 7 virtual machine on esx host. one of virtual machine got shutdown, i have cheked with events cpu utilization green to yellow and yellow to red. why it was happen i dont know it happen two times in the week but different virtual machine.

What are your host and guests OS'?

More details needed...logs, events, etc.

i have windows server, the event was alarm virtual mechine CPU usage changed from green to yellow and yellow to red that's it.
