I have a critical vm that the video has gone out on.
I have tried creating a new vm and using the vmdk from this vm, but still no luck.
I can unc browse to the vm's hard drive.
I can ping the vm
I cannot rdp the vm.
Any ideas on what I can do to fix this problem?
Environment specifics are below
ESX 4.0.0,261974
VC 4.0.0 208111
VM guest OS is XP
