VMwareTray.exe VMwareUser.exe application error

Hello,

I've just finished the V2V of Microsoft Virtual machine to an ESX environment.

The virtual machine is running fine, but everytime I connect I receive an error message concerning the VMWare Tools.

These are : VMwareTray.exe (or VMwareUser.exe) application error. The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135).

I've tried to remove the tools and install them again, but it did not change anything.

OS is Windows 2003 SP2.

Any ideas ?
