VMs with snapshot lock by broker vworkspace

hi,

i'm having problems of integrations between Vcenter (vsphere) and broker' quest vworkspace 7.

now i have created a vm with snapshot (to linked clones) and it has been locked by the broker.

when i try to unlock, it give me an error, and a i can't delete from vcenter because the vm is locked.

my question is, how can i unlock and delete de vm from vcenter?
