VMotion warning message fault.MemorySizeNotRecommended.summary

Hello everybody

Does someone know why this warning message "fault.MemorySizeNotRecommended.summary" appears on a vmotion migration of a 64bit Win 2008 standard server VM with more than 4GB memory and not on a 64bit Win 2008 enterprise server?

All esx servers are installed with ESX 3.5U3.
