VMotion problem with 3.0.1

I have two host running 3.0.1 with HA and DRS enabled. In the beginning they worked great and after a week they start getting a "Operation timed out."error when the VM's were trying to vmotion.

The vmotion switch is connected via a Gig.

Could the connection to the SAN time out as well?

I had the same problem. My solution:

1) In the Cluster-Settings -> VMware HA -> "Admission Control" set the value to "Allow virtual machines to be powered on...."

2) In the properties of the vmotion-switch enter the "VMkernel default gateway"

With this constellation, in my case it works.
