VMOTION and Snapshots

can i user VMOTION with VM´s who contains Snapshot´s ??

When i will move a VM with Snapshots, a message its displayed that reverting to Snapshots would generate Errors (warnings) on the destination Hosts.

VMotion can be used normaly but SnapShot can't be used any more.

I tried to use VMotion with SnapShot. I didn't use them any more. But, by modifying vmx file and manual copy files, I retreive again all my SnapShot and use them again.

For me, SnapShot is a "backup" of your VM at a time. But a SnapShot don't be keeped long time. I use it before some soft maintenance. After some days, and when modifications are validate, I destroy the SnapShot.
