VM machine Disk Fragmented

Hello,

I am running Vsphere 6.7  and one of my VM's has a disk that is 93% fragmented.

What's the best way to Defrag the Disk without the defrag tool within windows.

Some other defrag tool that you can run in Windows?

Or were you wondering if there is something that vSphere can do?
