VM keeps shutting down

We have a Win 2003 Server that keeps shutting down. ESX Event Viewer gives:

VMWare ESX Server internal monitor error

vcpu-1:VMM fault: regs=0x2df0, exc=14, eip=0xaf6bc

Not sure what other information is required, please let me what other info will be helpful.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Test your ESX server hardware: CPU and memory.

Migrate vm to another ESX and check out if the server went up without errors.

Did you configure your guest OS with 2 processors?

Try assigning just one processor to it.

As i remember this is a bug that was solved by ESX 3.5 Update 1.

I've just been told that the VM has only shutdown once, so I will just keep monitoring the server in case it happens again. If it does, then I will try the suggestions received and update the question.

Thanks for all your suggestions and help.
