VM hangs during reboot, have to reset everytime

Windows 2000 Server VM running under ESX 3.x hangs during reboot. But boots after resetting the VM. Everytime server is reset during boot.

Any thoughts?

Check on the site below if there is a patch for this on the version of ESX you are running.
