Hi all,
It's possible to modify individual VM's so they will check and upgrade the VMWare tools before each power on. Is there any way to set that at the host level so that ALL VM's created or existing on that host will have the VM's automatically check for tool upgrades the next time they're power cycled?
Thanks
I know of no way to accomplish this at the host level, but the option to check for upgrades is on the Options Pane > VMWare Tools when modifying a vm's properties.
It's named "Check and upgrade Tools before each power-on"

Can this be controlled by Powershell?
