Unable to start the vmx- error message with virtual cpu has entered the shutdown state

Hi,

I am trying to virtualize the proxy, I had successfully converted the ovf file to vmx and imported to VMWARE workstation but after i powered on i get the following message as shown in the image

   Please provide me the solution as it is an very important setup happening and i would see this as high priority to me

may be a compatibiliyt issue.

Check this GOS is supported in workstation. in vmware HCL http://www.vmware.com/resources/compatibility/search.php.
