I am using VMWare Workstation 12 player and have created a windows 7 virtual machine in my windows 10 laptop to use a website which does not support windows 10. By bad luck, this website is still not running because it has detected that I am using a virtual machine to open the same. I searched to prevent virtual machine detection and got to know about updating these string values:
monitor_control.virtual_rdtsc = "false"
monitor_control.restrict_backdoor = "true"
isolation.tools.getPtrLocation.disable = "true"
isolation.tools.setPtrLocation.disable = "true"
isolation.tools.setVersion.disable = "true"
isolation.tools.getVersion.disable = "true"
monitor_control.disable_directexec = "true"
However, I am unable to find these lines in my .vmx file.
Please help me in resolving the same.
