Unable to connect via VNC Viewer after setting VNC to enabled

Hi there,

I have attempted to connect via VNC.

However, I always got the error message called authentication failure and please check your realVNC logs.

I already set the password correctly and type the hostip.

What could be the issues.

I got this:     

  TightVNC/VNC Viewer -- "Authentication Failure"

I have tried on Windows

Linux

Ubuntu

Still the same issue.
