I'm looking to see what issues there are when snapshots are used on a VM with multiple hard disks For example:
- Will I be consuming more space on the datastore with 2 50GB hard disks than with one 100 GB hard disk when I take a snapshot of my VM?
- Issues with snapshots and reverting to snapshots when OS technologies like Logical Volume Manager (LVM) are managing multiple virtual hard disks
- Any other issues or considerations that need to be taken into account
Delta files depends only by the delta... not by the disks size (maybe from a statistical point of view) or number.
If a VM has a lot of block changes (for example for a disk defrag or a big DBMS) I will have a big snapshot.

and note that the snapshots will all reside in the parent folder, so even if the disks are spanned accross datastores, the snap for all drives will still be in the original datastore. We have seen disk IO issues because of this before.
