Snapshot deleting and now I have a big Problem

Hello i would like convert my exchange from host a to b.

the converter cannot complete the operatuion. Okay i think the snapshots are the problem.

I weould like remove this, okay then i become the error "A general system error occurred: Internal Error."

Then the snapshots all deletet in the gui but the system tell me a error

Cannot open the disk '/vmfs/volumes/49fdb65b-ad31a1a4-d7c4-0019994add51/pasexchange0/pasexchange0-000003.vmdk' or one of the snapshot disks it depends on.

Reason: The parent virtual disk has been modified since the child was created.

I panik this is my produktiv exchange !!!

have any one a idea ?

thank you for your answer but its the same problem he find the snapshot not.

And i have no information what the rigt CID for the file

Is there an opertunity to konsolidate the snapshots ?
