One of the things that I have enjoyed about my storage area network appliance, on my physical servers, is the ability to restore from snap shots. If one of my key users screwed something up, I would grab a snap shot and map the lun to a that server or any server and I could reclaim the folder. I am about to virtualize some of my key servers and would be interested in finding out the best way to do this in a VM scenario.
