Problems with a Guest OS 64 bits

I have problems installing a windows 2003 server R2 x64 in a ESX 3.0.1, i enabled de VT in BIOS and was passed de CPUID test.

the problem is on the blue screen of the first instalation (after setup is loading files) the VM was freeze on this phase:

and the CPU's are 100% FULL

when i create the VM i select windows 2003 standar ....

the correct OS was windows 2003, Standar Edition (64 bits) 😛
