I can not install a vm in windows 2008R2 because disks are not seen during
installation, I have to provide drivers.
ESXi is my version 4.1 Update 1
Someone would have any idea?.
Thank you
Did you create the VM with the default virtual disk controller (LSI Logic SAS) for Windows 2008 R2? Please attach the vmx file as well as the latest vmware.log in case it does not work with the controller type mentioned.

Have you verified the virtual disks are added?
If yes, Make sure that the LUN which one is you selected to create vmdk is available for the ESX server.
Thanks,
Ganesh
Noleane, how are you building your Servers?
What exactly do you mean by "I can not install a vm in windows 2008R2"
If you are trying to build from Altiris / SCCM etc, your PXE boot disks will need to the relevant storgae controller drivers available.
Out of the box, a 2008 R2 based PXe disk will see the didks as the drivers are native.
this is a very common problem
95% of the cases = bad iso-file
