Hello,
I have cojnfigured vSphere Alarms/Alerts in my environment..... for ESX, VMs and other VI objects...
For any alarm/alerts we get a mail...
Presently for VMs,,, I have configured
Power OFF event - we recieve a mail
Starting VM - we recieve a mail
Power ON VM - the mail is not recieved (the VM has vmware tools installed)
Remove VM - the mail is not recieved and
the sad part is there is no "Delete VM" alarm or event which is very annoying for a VMware admin.... Does anybody have alternatives or workarounds for the above ?
