PC windows migration problem

Hello gens, I am a newbie in MAC and VMware. I am trying to migrate my Win Pro OS from my old PC into my MAC using vmware 3.0.2.

It seems to me doing everything as requested :

install in my old PC the migration agent;

run the migration tool in mac;

get the code from the PC;

enter user password;

run the migration... and after few seconds the migration assistant error message glows: "an error occurred during virtual machine creation. if you have enabled System Preferences-> Security->Firewall disable firewall during during PC migration".

The thing is I DID that, disabling firewall and thus enabling ALL entering connections in my MAC.

Is there anyone that could help ??

by the way... in my question the source OS is Win XP pro.. missing in my original message.

that was previous version of Converter. Current one is 4.0.1 but 3.0.3 is better with Win2000, XP or 2k3.
