Opening remote console from powerecli

Hello,

I am using the following command on powerecli 6.5

Get-VM <VM-NAME> | Open-VMConsoleWindow

 

I'm wondering if the same command is exist on Linux with xorg-X11 

As i try to run the same im getting 

xdg-open: no method available for opening
