Hello all,
i have a Netware 6.5 SP5[/u] guest running on ESX v3[/u] and experiencing NTP issues regularly.
Actually what happens is that XNTPD module unloads automatically after first successful time synchronization with one of the defined netware time sources (ntp.conf).
Local time sync between vmware host + guest has been disabled (vmwtool synctime off).
