NIC Bridging

Should I use nic bridging on the vm guest that is on a single vlan if the esxi 4.0 host nics configured for teaming?

That is not necessary as long as the physical switch ports that the physical NICs teamed on the vSwitch are configured for that vLAN -

Thanks for your response, why is it not necessary to use bridging if teaming is setup on the host?
