Microsoft NLB

Hi,

I have some issue configure NLB on my VM and this 2 VM is host in different ESX server. I found that my NLB now working fine is just intermittent when I PING to the virtual IP. When I try to move 2 VM running in single ESX is working fine.

Are you using unicast or multicast.

Actually I'm follow the documentation from vmware and tried to configure but it still not working. It always working when two vm running on same physical host..

So you are using unicast? In this case it's normal that it works only on the same ESX.
