I just needed some understanding an dto be clear on the memory usage of my virtual machines, and to know which memory counters indicate how much memory is actually being used by the the VM. Looking at the memory counters of a VM, the main ones are listed as :
Memory Active
Memory Granted
Memory Consumed.
I have a specific VM which has 6gb of memory, and its memory granted and consumed is quite high, nearly high as the 6gb memory, but the memory active is quite low about less than 1 GB. SO does this mean my VM has high memory usage.
Just want to be clear on the counters.
