Licensing Reporting Manager

Hi All,

We just moved the vCenter DB (SQL 2005) to a different server with SQL 2008. We basically did a backup/restore procedure. Then, created a new system DSN connection using the SQL  Server Native Client 10.0. Everything seems to be working well except that in the Licensing Reporting Manager, the vCenter in question is showing up as unavailable. See screenshoot. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

just to add. It's vCenter 4.0 update 1 running windows 2003 (32 bit). Actually, this is the first step we're taking to upgrade to vCenter 4.1. Once this is sorted out, we have to rebuild the OS to a 64bit and reintall vCenter 4.0 update 1, then move to vCenter 4.1.

Its me again. When I click the link of our vcenter in the Licensing Reporting Manager is now says...

"Cannot access the licensing service"
Unfortunately, the KB (http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=103936...) is applicable to vCenter 4.1 as the license-ui folder it talks about doesn't exist in vCenter 4.0.
Again, any help is welcomed Smiley Happy
