Dear Team,
I have Windows VM having one vHDD size of 80 GB which contains C:\ drive, we are planning to decrease the size of vHDD to 40GB just want to confirm is it possible to do the same with VMware converter.

Yes it if drive have enough space on it .
My recommendation is complete a full defragment before run VMware Converter.
