Is It Possible To Share VM's Desktop Across Networks?

I have a VMWare guest machine connected to a network via VPN. It of course is locked down and not accessible to other networks. Is it possible to display the VM's desktop on the host machine's desktop (the host is on another network)? If the host is running a desktop sharing host (NetMeeting, etc), can remote (NetMeeting) guests view the VM's desktop? Is there a way to do this with VMWare? Does anyone know of another way to do this?

Thanks

I think you're in the wrong forum. The host of an ESX server guest only shows a command prompt console based on Linux. There's no GUI, there's no Netmeeting, nothing. Are you sure you're not talking about VMWare Server? That's a different product.
