Insufficient permissions when deploying Converter Standalone Agent on Win 2003 Server

Hi,

I'm trying to convert a physical Windows 2003 Server to a VM (using VMware Converter Standalone v4.0.0) but am getting the following error when trying to deploy the Standalone Agent on the server to be converted -

Insufficient permissions to connect to 'ServerName'

I'm using the local Administrator account to connect and can log directly onto the server with this account with no problems..

The physical server is an IBM HS20 Blade

Any ideas why i can't install the agent ?

Thanks...

If your server is member of a domain.

Plz ensure the following

1.logon as a service policy in GPO which is applied to the server

2.member of local administrators group (to verify the account which you tried is a member of)

or try with domain account to convert.

The server is not a member of a domain... it's a workgroup machine..

for Windows 2003 you'd better use Converter 3.0.3
