I just start using ESX server and virtual center.

Right now, i would like to import on the ESX server some virtual images i have on a remote file server.

You don't say what type of virtual images you have, but if you are referring to vmware server, then take a look at vmconverter.

Vmware converter, precisely, I have used VMWare converter to make images of physical machines. Those images are now stored on a file server, i would like to know how i can transfer those images to the ESX server so machines can run in a pool.

Run Converter from the Machine that has the VM's, chooce standalone VM and browse to the VM's you should then be able to point at your VC2 Server.

You dont actually need to run the Converter from the Server holding the VM, as long as you can see them when browsing..
