IIS Errors after tools upgrade?

This has not been a good day after doing some VMware tools updates :smileyblush: I updated vmware tools on one of our web servers today. After the upgrade, IIS (ASP.NET) is throwing exceptions related to the crystal reports engine. I know this is out of scope for the forum, but I am curious if others ahve seen application issues after updating VMtools. I updated to the esx 3.5 U3 version of the tools

I worked with the third-party application vendor and it appears that a component got corrupted. They have seen this before with installations of windows updates. . .re-installing their components should resolve the issue
