How to install hp scanner attached a keyspan usb server on Windows XP under Vmware ESX

hi all,

I want to install a USB scanner (HP scanjet 3770) on a windows XP

virtual machine under Vmware ESX.

This scanner is attached to a Keyspan

usb server, I succeed to install

many other devices: Floppy drive, Flash

disk, Hp scanner 4370..., but

when I attempt to install the driver of

the HP scanjet 3770 I get this

error message:

"This

computer does not have the necessary USB software support to allow

completion of a USB installation. The installation cannot continue until

this is resolved.

Required Action: Click Cancel to exit this software

installation. In

order to install this device as a USB device, please

refer to

your computer documentation or USB add-in card documentation

for more

information about USB drivers."

Sounds like the USB driver sotware int installed on the XP OS.
