How to avoid automatic power off

Hi i am using a VM Ware which will power off automatically if keep it idle for some time,

I want the vmware to be continuously on with out getting powered off,how can i do that,where these settings are avilable.

Have you checked the power saving settings on the os of the vm? As it's quite possible the machine is going into hibernation
