How to Install Vmware Tool in Guest OS in Linux Ubuntu 10.04 LTS Desktop Edition

I have configure Guest OS of Linux Ubuntu 10.04 Lts Desktop when iam trying to install Vmware Tool there is CD icon of VMware Tool appear in it but I couldn't know how to install it
