Thread moved to Virtual Machine & Guest OS forum.

1. You need to expand the virtual disk (how depends on the VMware product you use, what you didn't tell us unfortunately)

2. You need to expand the guest OS partition by using a tool like Acronis.

or you use the free VMware Converter, which does both,

If your C: drive is a basic partition rather than a dynamic partition, you can also use Dell ExtPart for the second part of the process.
