How create a snow leopard virtual machine

I have about 5 Mac running in my environment but the biggest problem is supporting these as we can't remember where to tell them to click as the OS is just totally different. What we would like to do is create a snow leopard VM so if anyone calls we can talk them through their problems. Also it would be great for testing new systems that we implement to make sure they work on Macs.

Any advice on where I would start and how I do this would be great.

Currently running 3 x ESX 4.0 2.0ghz Quad Core with 32gb RAM in each of the ESX Servers

Thanks

What you are asking is a breach of Apple's EULA, which clearly states that OSx can only be run on Apple Hardware, you will not find the answer here. I am locking this thread.
