Guest machine restarts unexpectedly in ESX 3.5

IT happens again. I have few virtual machines on ESX 3.5, all windows 2008 server and sometimes they restart randomly.

I see message in ESX event:

10.3.2008 0:10:35, Message on xxxx on xxxxESX1 in ha-datacenter *** Virtual machine kernel stack fault (hardware reset) *** - The virtual machine just suffered a stack in kernel mode. On a real computer, this would amount to a reset of the processor. IT can be caused by an incorrect configuration of the virtual machine, a bug in oparting system, or a problem in the VMWare ESX software. Press OK to reboot virtual machine or Cancel to shut it down.

Why is that happening?

HELP!

Could you found any information in Windows event log ?

Is a beta release or an RC release or an official Windows Server 2008 ?

Your Windows VM is configured to restart automatically when an error occur, or not ?

Bye
