Exchange 2007 SP1 CCR on Windows 2008?

I would like to know if anyone has implemented a production Exchange 2007 SP1 CCR on a Windows 2008 cluster using a fibre channel SAN?

I have a slight dilema in that Microsoft only supports Exchange 2007 SP1 on Windows 2008 under the SVVP (). VMware however, does not support Windows 2008 clustering (). The reason for this I beleive is due to SCSI-3 commands, however, CCR does not require shared storage, so I'm hoping that the issue does not manifest.

Also, a recent VMware webcast () indicates that VMware themselves use Exchange on CCR so I was wondering if they went for Windows 2003 clustering (in which case their Exhcange isn't supported by Microsoft) or Windows 2008 (which is what I'd like to implement). Another reason for not wanting to implement Windows 2003 is that you can't do an inplace upgrade of the OS (). Also, I read that Windows 2008 improves replication between the CCR nodes by 30-40% so has obvious advantages over 2003.
