Event ID 5721 in Windows 2003 VM

Dear Folks, My Windows VM's are member servers of a domain. I could see some of my VM's computer account are missing frequently in the Domain controller. As a work around i remove and add the VM back to the Domain. I don't see this issue in any of my physical servers. Is there something that i need to verify in VMware?
