Does anyone know why windows 2003 32bit guest os on vmware 3.5 u4 host lost data for one hard disk?

Hi,

I install a windows 2003 R2 32bit guest os on VMware 3.5 u4 host. And add three 2G lun for io testing.

Hard disk configuration as below:

Hard disk 1 RDM BusLogic scsi type -- this is boot disk

hard disk 2 VMFS BusLogic scsi type -- 2G io device

hard disk 3 RDM BusLogic scsi type -- 2G io device

hard disk 4 VMFS LSI Logic scsi type -- 2G io device

For hard disk 2, always met data error as following:

Windows was unable to save all the data for the file F:\xxxxx, The data has been lost,

this error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection.

Please try to save the file elsewhere. (Here F is the hard disk 2)

So my question is why met this error message and data lost, it looks like this may be not caused by the scsi type, whether there is some relationship with vmfs?

Does anyone know? thanks.
