Diffrence of VMware tools version 55869 and 32039

Hi does anyone know the diffrence of Vmware tools build-55869 and build-32039?

Any diffrent functions or bug fixed or just re-build to suit to new ESX Server?

There are some bug fixes and NIC driver updates also some updates for VCB they need to be kept update when possible although the VM has to be rebooted when the tools are updated
